Overview

AirDisk Pro is a file manager and wireless transfer utility for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, and other devices with a modern browser. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app, visit this website, contact support, or use optional connected services.

The core transfer feature is designed to work locally. When you move files between your phone and computer over the same WiFi network, those files are transferred directly between your devices and are not uploaded to AirDisk Pro servers as part of that local transfer.

Files and local WiFi transfers

AirDisk Pro may access files, photos, videos, folders, and documents that you choose to view, manage, import, export, upload, download, rename, move, copy, or delete inside the app.

For browser-based local transfer, the app may temporarily make selected files available to another device on your local network while the transfer server is active. The transfer session is intended for devices connected to the same local network.

  • We do not need to receive a copy of your transferred files for local WiFi transfers to work.
  • You control which files are selected for transfer or management.
  • You are responsible for using trusted networks and closing transfer sessions when finished.

Device permissions

AirDisk Pro may request permissions that are necessary for file management and transfer features. The exact permission prompts depend on your operating system and device settings.

  • Photos and media access lets you select, preview, import, export, or transfer photos and videos.
  • Files and storage access lets you browse and manage documents, folders, archives, and downloads.
  • Local network access lets your phone communicate with your computer or browser on the same WiFi network.
  • Camera access may be used if you scan a QR code or capture media for transfer.
  • Notifications may be used for transfer status or app-related alerts if you enable them.

Cloud storage and third-party services

AirDisk Pro may let you connect third-party storage providers such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, FTP, WebDAV, or similar services. When you connect one of these services, your use of that service is also governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy.

The app may process account tokens, file lists, filenames, folder paths, and selected file contents as needed to show, move, copy, upload, download, or manage files from the connected service. We do not sell your cloud storage data.

Support information

If you contact us for help, we may receive your name, email address, message content, screenshots, crash details, device model, operating system version, app version, and other information you choose to provide.

The website may use local storage or similar browser features for preferences such as dismissing the mobile install banner.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
