Terms of Service

The basic rules for using AirDisk Pro and understanding product availability.

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of AirDisk Pro, including the mobile apps, website, local WiFi transfer features, file manager tools, and related support services. By using AirDisk Pro, you agree to these terms.

AirDisk Pro is a utility app for managing and transferring files between your phone, tablet, computer, browser, and optional connected storage services.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the files, folders, photos, videos, documents, archives, and other content you access, transfer, store, rename, copy, move, delete, upload, or download using AirDisk Pro.

You agree to use AirDisk Pro only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others, interfere with networks or devices, or misuse third-party services.

  • Do not transfer files that you do not have the right to access, copy, or share.
  • Do not use the app to distribute malware, harmful code, illegal content, or abusive material.
  • Do not attempt to bypass device, browser, cloud provider, network, or operating system security.
  • Do not overload, scan, attack, or interfere with local networks, services, or other users.

Local network transfer

AirDisk Pro can create a local transfer session that allows another device on the same WiFi network to access selected transfer features through a browser. You are responsible for using this feature on trusted networks and for ending the session when you are finished.

Anyone with access to the displayed local address, QR code, or transfer session on the same network may be able to interact with the transfer page, depending on your app settings and network environment.

File operations

AirDisk Pro may let you rename, move, copy, import, export, upload, download, unzip, delete, preview, or organize files. These actions may change or remove data on your device or connected services.

You are responsible for reviewing file operations before confirming them and for keeping backups of important files. We are not responsible for loss caused by user actions, device issues, cloud provider behavior, network problems, or operating system restrictions.

Cloud storage and third-party services

If you connect third-party services such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, FTP, WebDAV, or similar providers, those services remain governed by their own terms and policies.

AirDisk Pro provides tools to interact with connected services, but we do not control those providers, their availability, rate limits, authentication systems, storage rules, file versions, or account decisions.

Purchases and app stores

AirDisk Pro may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other marketplaces. Downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, family sharing, and billing may be handled by the relevant marketplace and subject to that marketplace's rules.

If a paid feature, subscription, or in-app purchase is offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown through the applicable store or payment flow.

Compatibility and changes

We work to keep AirDisk Pro useful and reliable, but features may vary by platform, device model, operating system version, browser, storage provider, network configuration, and local permissions.

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or change features from time to time. Some updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, or store compliance.

No backup guarantee

AirDisk Pro is a file transfer and file management utility. It is not a guaranteed backup, archival, disaster recovery, or permanent storage service. You should keep independent backups of important files before transferring, editing, moving, or deleting them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use AirDisk Pro, including local transfers, permissions, diagnostics, support requests, and optional connected services. By using AirDisk Pro, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

AirDisk Pro, its name, icon, design, branding, app interface, website, documentation, and related materials are owned by App2Pro or their respective rights holders. These terms do not give you ownership of the app or permission to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or sublicense it except where allowed by law or store rules.

Disclaimer

AirDisk Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and data preservation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App2Pro and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or device availability arising from your use of AirDisk Pro.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using AirDisk Pro at any time. We may suspend or stop providing access to features if required by law, app store rules, security concerns, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of AirDisk Pro after changes means you accept the updated terms.
